Workbenches for weapons

Area Difesa offers a line of workbenches specifically designed for weapons maintenance. The proposed solutions are equipped with back panels to support all the components compatible with our weapons racks.

Bench ADB-FS150

• Tubular steel chassis: 80 x 40 mm.
• Galvanised steel with a thickness of 2.0 mm.
• Polyester powder-coat painted at 180 °C.
• Worktop made of steel (2.5 mm thickness) with peripheral lips (lateral and back) or multilayer beech wood (40 mm thickness) with the possibility to be equipped with a galvanised steel cover/protection.
• Bench is equipped with a drawer unit with key lock and adjustable internal dividers.
• Dimensions: 1500 x 750 x 920 (H) mm.

Bench ADB-TL180

• Tubular steel chassis: 40 x 40 mm.
• Galvanised steel with a thickness of 1.5 mm.
• Polyester powder-coat painted at 180 °C.
• Worktop made of melamine laminate with ABS peripheral borders.
• On the left side of the bench there are 2 adjustable shelves in addition to back panel.
• Socket power unit/tower.
• Bench is equipped with a drawer unit with key lock and adjustable internal dividers.
• Plain shelf in the bottom part of the bench to support the fume extractor unit.
• Dimensions: 1800 x 800 x 850 (H) mm.

Fume extractor unit ADX-201K

Both benches can be equipped with a fume extractor unit, for weapon/gun powder residual, with the following main characteristics:

• New generation brushless motor, quiet operation.
• Complete portability, placed under or next to the bench-top.
• Fitted with 2x 50 mm (2") ø: arms.
• Main filter has a HEPA efficiency of 99.97% at 0.3 micron, and an activated carbon filter to remove additional gases.
• Audible alarm informs operators when filters need replacing.
• Easy access on/off remote switch.
• Fan capacity: 250 m³/h (150 cfm).
• Flow rate (with filter): 2 x 75 m³/h (45 cfm).
